What is a typical day like at camp?
You can expect to participate in a variety of our exclusive fitness and training programs to jumpstart your health and fitness, enjoy hiking, outdoor boot camps and fitness activities daily, learn about proper nutrition, how to cook healthy food and how to shop at your local grocery store, and so much more... It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun!

What types of exercise will I be doing?
You will experience a variety of innovative workouts that include: indoor and outdoor boot camps, hiking, core conditioning, kickboxing, aqua attack, circuit training, obstacle courses, yoga, Pilates, and exclusive workouts created for our retreat members only. How is your program going to help me?
Our program focuses on the most important key elements in achieving long-term good health and weight loss through an individualized plan of attack. We realize that there are no two people alike and that offering a variety of environments to exercise, own private accommodations and having the top fitness professionals in the industry creates greater success for everyone.

What do I need to bring?
Depending on the time of year it can vary. Typically we ask you bring a couple pairs of athletic running shoes, workout attire for morning, afternoon and evening training sessions and classes, bathing suite for aqua attack and other water aerobics classes, and most importantly a sense of adventure.

How soon will I see results?
It is common to see our retreat member’s improve in strength, endurance, flexibility and total body composition within the first week. Your changes will depend on your baseline level when you enter camp. Remember, everyone is different! And this is not a competition; we focus on you individually to see maximum results.

What does the cost cover?
The cost covers everything related to the program including airfare plus travel to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport, training classes, hikes, fitness assessments and testing, all indoor and outdoor activities, food, accommodations and your surprise gift! There is nothing more you have to buy once you arrive guaranteed!

When is the next available session?
The sessions are ongoing, so you can start anytime, Monday through Friday. Spaces fill quickly, so be sure to call and reserve your stay as soon as you know the dates you would like to arrive.

Will I be provided adequate meals?
You will be provided substantial portions for breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks throughout the day. We can assure you, you will never go hungry during the duration of your stay. We also educate you on portion control for effective weight maintenance when you return home. If you have any food allergies, we ask that you please tell us in advance.

Will my weight or injuries limit me from participating?
Absolutely Not! We pride our business on being personal with each guest and will work around individual issues without compromising specific physical limitations. Additionally, most individuals have some sort of limitation and that is why we promote various forms of exercise in order to meet each persons needs. There are limitless ways to get fit without causing pain and we can get you there!
