The decision to attend Utah's Live-In Fitness program requires a strong commitment from you. We commit to providing an environment that is rich in fitness education, experiences, fun, and encouragement that will help you in reaching your health, weight loss & fitness improvement goals.
Policy Information: We require a non-refundable deposit of only $750 dollars at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We arrange all your travel arrangements to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport for the dates and times that we have space availability.
If your reservations need to be canceled before the two weeks prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit. If canceled after the two weeks an additional amount of $750 will be held as a credit to your account for a later date. The credit will be available for up to 1 year from the date of enrollment. Any change in reservations during your stay will require a $150 adjustment fee that covers any cost related to the program. If you decide or have to leave early from the program based on life circumstances you will receive a full refund for the amount of weeks you're not able to stay and will be charged at the prorated amount on a daily rate which is non-refundable. if you need a change in reservations with your airfare the airlines typically charge a small fee for changing the flight reservations which will not be covered in the cost of your stay.
