Your fitness boot camp vacation includes!

Airfare and All Travel
Enrolling in our fitness retreat requires no effort on your part; we arrange your flight plus travel to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport. All other travel will be as a group.

Private Accommodations
You will stay in a comfortable environment in a beautiful, fully furnished one-bedroom studio apartment. Each studio is equipped with a spa-inspired bathroom, kitchenette, high speed wireless Internet, Direct T.V., with your very own spacious living room area. Our accommodations also include a business center, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and 24-hour fitness center access.

Comprehensive Testing
Our Comprehensive testing and fitness assessments evaluate all the essential components of physical fitness. We work with the latest in technology for body fat testing, cardiovascular, heart rate, strength and flexibility assessments to gauge your progress to ensure the most efficient and effective results. These techniques allow us to keep you on track losing fat and building lean muscle, so your weight loss is a healthy weight loss.

All Daily Meals & Snacks
Everyday enjoy healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner with healthy snacks and protein shakes throughout your stay. Each meal is portion controlled and exactly weighed out to fit your needs (taking into account the exact calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats needed for accurate and efficient weight loss and energy).

Nutritional Education
Each week attend meetings on nutrition, portion control, meal planning, and positive lifestyle behaviors. In addition attend grocery store excursions & healthy cooking classes to teach you all the necessary tools for an improved life-long maintenance.

Our highly educated staff of personal trainers are nationally accredited and certified to educate and teach the best ways for permanent healthy weight loss success. Not only are they educated but extremely motivated and passionate about what they do and are skilled at helping others find their motivation and passion as well.

5-7 Hours of Daily Exercise
Each day you will participate in a number of different fitness activities all geared towards muscle toning, weight loss, improving energy levels, decreasing stress and depression and an extraordinary increase in your overall lifestyle habits and health choices.

Monitored Cardio Workouts (2 x Daily)
Twice a day you will perform the most efficient cardio exercises to reduce fat, burn calories, increase your metabolism, decrease your resting heart rate, reduce cholesterol, lower blood pressure and improve mood & self-confidence.

Weight Training Technique Instruction
Learn proper lifting and strength training techniques for at-home workouts and gain the ability to hold your own in any recreational gym or fitness facility.

Bicycle Rides (1-2X Daily)
Experience our fully guided outdoor mountain bike tours (summer time only) and see some of the most stunning destinations from famous Park City, Utah and other resort locations.

Walk/Hike/Run Daily
Hikes, walks and runs are everything from short rambles to half or full day excursions.
